Well, that's pretty grim but think about this. Thru the summer of 2020 hundreds of thousands took to the streets here and worldwide in support of social justice. Estimating that two of those people would ever support Trump or Trumpism is a wild over-estimate.

On November 7th, of last year it was announced Trump had been voted out by a wide margin. People spontaneously danced in the streets. Not just here but around the world. Poling republicans is reading a very small spill of toxic tea leaves. As long as we remember defeating Trumpism is as important as defeating Trump things will be fine. A real upside is Trump reportedly has a large war chest that he will use to remind everyone exactly how toxic he is.
